Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is packaged and prepared for shipment, our system will automatically send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that the tracking status may show "Label Created" for up to a week. This is a normal part of our processing stage.
Delivery Timeframes

From the day a tracking number is assigned to your order, most shipments will arrive at your home within 3 to 7 business days. While we constantly work to speed up our processing and shipment times, rare unexpected courier issues may occasionally cause slight delays. We greatly appreciate your patience in these instances.
Package Protection

We understand how frustrating it can be if something happens to your order during transit. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer Package Protection that can be added during the checkout process. This ensures that you are fully supported in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our conditions below.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any smoke, deodorant, makeup residue, or damage. If the item was received with original tags, those tags must remain attached and intact.
Please note that we only offer Store Credit as a form of refund, which can be applied toward future purchases. We do not issue refunds to your original payment method. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt.
All discounted or sale items, as well as all custom orders, are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
